How many guest can I bring included with my tuition?
Your tuition includes a free guest for a total of two people.
How long is the course?
The course is three full days from Friday to Sunday; 9AM to 5PM with an hour break for lunch.
Where do I park?
The hotel where we will hold the course will have a parking service. Students will be responsible for any associated parking fees.
Where can I get lunch?
There are multiple restaurants and establishments located within walking distance. You will have one hour each day for lunch.
Who will lead the course?
Our seminars will be led by experienced and professional investors that have generated millions through real estate transactions and deals.
Will Joe Arias lead the course?
Joe Arias ocasionally leads the courses depending his schedule.
I want to cancel my event, how does it work?

Can I transfer the course?
The course in non-transferable. However, you are allowed to bring one guest free of charge.
What happens after the 3 day course?
After the course, you will have the foundation needed to start investing. For those students that want to continue their education, we offer advanced, in-depth 12 month training courses
Can I skip a day of the 3 day course?
You can skip a day of the course; however, it’s best to attend all courses in person if possible to avoid missing critical information you’ll need for success.
What is the dress Code?
Our atendees usually wear business casual or comfortable clothes.
